I tried the Vanilla Sky and although I prefer protein powder to be more neutral, the vanilla version was extremely tasty. Dissolves well and the ingredients are consistently well selected (coconut flour, Dead Sea salt, stevia, coconut blossom sugar, locust bean gum, psyllium husk powder). The protein source varies depending on whether vegan or omnivore is selected.
We really liked the muscle bar*.

So I stopped throwing my money out the window. I got the individual ingredients and started mixing individually adapted shakes for myself and my training buddy. We adjusted both the ingredients and the dosages based on clinical studies.
Finally, results could be seen – both in sports and in the mirror.
Over time, more and more friends and acquaintances wanted individual shakes, so I could hardly keep up with the mixing. That was the starting signal for Brandl Nutrition – individually adapted fitness shakes with a focus on effect and health.”
Our favorite bar, no artificial sweeteners, gluten-free and rich in fiber…and above all… really delicious. The only bar I always have to share with my wife 😉
