Moleqlar Betaine (TMG) Powder
120 g · 2.4 g per day
Product description
The TMG powder is deliberately kept simple: the daily dose provides 2,400 mg of anhydrous betaine without an additional micronutrient blend. From an orthomolecular perspective, betaine is especially useful as a stand-alone component because it is not combined with a multivitamin or B-complex and can therefore be dosed separately. The powder form allows flexible integration into existing supplement routines; at the same time, combinations with folate, vitamin B12 or other methylation-related supplements should be viewed in the context of the overall routine.
