Nervenstark is a clearly high-dose B-complex containing all eight B vitamins, mostly in bioactive forms, complemented by myo-inositol, PABA, betaine and choline. Several B vitamins are present at many times the reference intake, including B2, B6, B12 and biotin. The product character is therefore clearly oriented toward high-dose supplementation and is not comparable to a low-dose foundational B-complex.
