The product character is therefore clearly an intensive B-vitamin formulation rather than low-dose foundational coverage. Particularly relevant is the total vitamin B6 amount of around 20.8 mg per daily dose, which is above the current EFSA UL for adults; long-term overlap with other B-complexes should therefore be avoided.
