These coenzyme Q10 capsules provide 100 mg of Q10 as ubiquinone in a CAVAQ10® cyclodextrin complex. The product therefore differs from ubiquinol products both in active form and in the higher nominal daily dose. From an orthomolecular perspective, 100 mg of ubiquinone should not automatically be interpreted as 'more' or 'stronger' than a lower ubiquinol dose; formulation, dose and individual use context belong together in the assessment.
