The origins of NORSAN go back to 2006 in Norway, when Joakim Graff laid the foundations. In 2012, however, he followed his love to Germany for personal reasons, which quickly established the German region as a central focus.

NORSAN Omega-3 oils can be roughly categorised as vegan or non-vegan and according to the different origins of the fish. All fish oils are purified from heavy metals, pollutants and PCBs and are fished within the framework of licensed, sustainable fisheries (IFFO certification).
While the Omega-3 Arctic is available as a pure cod liver oil with or without vitamin D, the Omega-3 Total oil is obtained from small fish (sardines, mackerel, anchovies). The vegan algae oil is a plant-based algae oil from the marine microalgae Schizochytrium sp., making it ideal for anyone who wants to eat an animal-free diet.
Those who attach more importance to DHA are better advised to take Omega-3 Arctic and Omega-3 Vegan, while those who want to take in more EPA will find higher values in Omega-3 Total.
A combination of EPA and DHA is usually recommended in order to utilise the health benefits of both fatty acids.

NORSAN Omega-3 Total contains a unique combination of a natural, non-concentrated fish oil from wild-caught fish and a cold-pressed olive oil. NORSAN fish oil is produced in Norway. The recommended daily dose of 8 ml (1 tablespoon) contains 5.3 grams of fish oil and 1.8 grams of olive oil.
NORSAN Omega-3 Arctic contains a natural, non-concentrated cod oil from wild catches. NORSAN cod oil is produced in Norway. The recommended daily dose of 10 ml (approx. 1 tablespoon) contains 8.8 grams of cod oil.

More InformationAlthough linseed oil, walnuts, chia seeds and the like are good sources of omega-3 fatty acids, they mainly contain the plant-based omega-3 fatty acid ALA. However, only a small percentage of ALA (0.5 to 10%) can be converted into the important marine omega-3 fatty acids EPA and DHA. To get enough omega-3 fatty acids, you would have to drink 60-80 ml of linseed oil or eat 250 g of salmon or 50 fish fingers every day.
However, due to the pollution of the oceans, excessive fish intake is not recommended, which is why high-dose omega-3 products are a good alternative.
EPA and DHA are essential for brain function, vision and heart health. Especially during pregnancy, omega-3 fatty acids (EPA and DHA) are of great importance for the well-being of the mother and the development of the baby. Is SOLIT serious?
Since my first purchase in February 2020, I have not had any negative experiences with SOLIT. I have also not received any reports of problems from any of my customers to date. As before, the hotline can be reached at any time and is available to answer questions.

What is a precious metal savings plan?
The precious metal savings plan makes it possible to build up precious metal assets with as little as €50 per month. The monthly investment amounts balance out price fluctuations over the long term (cost-average effect). Which precious metals should you invest in?
Well, that’s probably down to your personal assessment of the market. I am a friend of silver because I see the possibility of a higher increase in value here than with gold. Others prefer gold or even platinum or palladium. Which gold savings plan is the best?

Does a gold savings plan make sense?
A gold savings plan makes sense because it combines several advantages. On the one hand, you benefit from the so-called “cost-average effect”. This comes about by regularly buying a fixed investment amount at a fixed time, regardless of the current price of gold (or silver, platinum, palladium). If this price is low, you get more for your money and vice versa. This leads to a usually much more favorable average entry price.
Another general advantage is that emotional decisions have no influence on the investment.
What are the fees for the SOLIT precious metal deposit account?
In the conception of the SOLIT precious metal deposit, the highest value was placed on providing the customer with the best possible combination of security, transparency and fungibility. The purchase amount (one-time purchase or savings plan) is basically used 100% for the purchase of precious metals. The purchase of precious metals takes place on a daily basis, whereby the customer immediately acquires the precious metals attributable to his purchase amount at the current price.
The premium to be paid through my banners is only 2.5% (directly with SOLIT the premium is 5%). The total costs are usually already overcompensated by the described purchasing advantages of the SOLIT precious metal depot compared to the direct purchase of precious metals. The ongoing management fee is 1.6% p.a. incl. any applicable VAT (0.4% p.Q.) and includes all costs for storage, insurance, administration and the trustee service.
